At times, there may be error but we do try to use our best judgement at the time of posting, and will be glad to amend any details which are proved incorrect. Furthermore, even though we do not here discuss the human cost, we realize that losing anyone in an air accident is insurmountable tragedy to individuals, families and communities. Flybe Embraer emergency landing on Isle of Man




What: Flybe Embraer 195 flight from Manchester to George Best Belfast City Airport
Where: Emergency landing on Isle of Man
When: August 1 at 1:17 pm
Who: 89 passengers on board had to escape via the emergency chutes. Four minor casualties were treated at the scene and one female was taken to hospital.
Why:failure of the air conditioning and circulation system. Flybe arranged for passengers to complete their flight on flight BE7016.
