Furthermore, even though we do not here discuss the human cost, we realize that losing anyone in an air accident is insurmountable tragedy to individuals, families and communities. Where: Philadelphia International Airport.
When: Mar 3rd 2009
Why: The cockpit window cracked at 13000 feet so the plane returned to the airport to land safely.
