Furthermore, even though we do not here discuss the human cost, we realize that losing anyone in an air accident is insurmountable tragedy to individuals, families and communities. Airbus Hydraulics Failure

Where: runway 08R Vancouver
When: Mar 14th 2009
Why: After the failure of the hydraulics system on approach to Vancouver, the airbus managed a safe landing.
