At times, there may be error but we do try to use our best judgement at the time of posting, and will be glad to amend any details which are proved incorrect. Furthermore, even though we do not here discuss the human cost, we realize that losing anyone in an air accident is insurmountable tragedy to individuals, families and communities. Emergency Landing in Naples


What: CESSNA 402C Flight 9399 operated by Cape Air en route from Key West to Fort Myers Southwest Florida International Airport
Where: Naples Municipal Airport
When: emergency landing Thursday night 7 p.m.
Why: The Naples Airport received a distress call that the plane’s engines were out. The plane glided to the runway with no injuries. Passengers reached their destinations by bus
