At times, there may be error but we do try to use our best judgement at the time of posting, and will be glad to amend any details which are proved incorrect. Furthermore, even though we do not here discuss the human cost, we realize that losing anyone in an air accident is insurmountable tragedy to individuals, families and communities. We do extend our heartfelt sympathy to those whose loss we record here. Delta Emergency Landing in San Francisco


What: Delta Boeing 737 flight 1652 en route from Mineta San Jose International Airport to Atlanta
Where: San Francisco International Airport
When: 01/14/2009 7:30
Who: 93 passengers
Why: Fuel system indicator light was flashing so the plane was diverted to divert the plane to San Francisco International Airport, Passengers were booked on alternative flights, and the Boeing retired to the Delta maintenance unit at San Francisco International Airport for repairs to the light.
