At times, there may be error but we do try to use our best judgement at the time of posting, and will be glad to amend any details which are proved incorrect. Furthermore, even though we do not here discuss the human cost, we realize that losing anyone in an air accident is insurmountable tragedy to individuals, families and communities. We do extend our heartfelt sympathy to those whose loss we record here. 3 in Cirrus Crash in Green Cove Springs, Florida


What: Cirrus SR-20
Where: Crashed in a wooded, swampy area just west of the runway at Reynolds Park in Green Cove Springs.
When: Wednesday morning
Who: Passenger Yi Jun Zhao, of Palm Coast, was transported to Orange Park Medical Center. Pilot Kevin Black and passenger Jian Feng Guo were not hurt.
Why: The pilot radioed authorities about 7:45 a.m. to report trouble with his throttle. He was attempting a landing at the landing strip along the St. Johns River.
