Furthermore, even though we do not here discuss the human cost, we realize that losing anyone in an air accident is insurmountable tragedy to individuals, families and communities. Sky Harbor Emergency Landing



What: Gulfstream Jet
Where: Sky Harbor Airport
When: Monday afternoon
Who: Not listed.
Why: Emergency called due to a blown tire. After 30 minutes circling to burn off fuel, when landing, the right-rear landing gear smoked and shredded. The nose gear hit the tarmac.
