Emergency Landing near Lancaster airport




What: Beechcraft V35B Bonanza single-engine fixed-wing plane that can seat up to six people and is distinguished by its V-tail design. The plane that crashed was manufactured in 1972. registered to Franklin B. Becker of Phillipsburg, N.J.
Where: Warwick Township cornfield near Lancaster Airport.
When: 3 p.m
Who: unnamed pilot
Why: Lost power when pilot switched fuel tanks for landing
