Furthermore, even though we do not here discuss the human cost, we realize that losing anyone in an air accident is insurmountable tragedy to individuals, families and communities. Carrolton Ohio Crash




What: two-seat Helton Lark 95
Where: WEST CARROLLTON, Ohio
When: Tuesday morning 10:30 AM
Who: killed pilot Leonard Notek; passenger Nikki Romerojust removed to hospital. The pilot was employed by Frontier Airlines.
Why: Struck a utility pole and cartwheeled into the ground.
