At times, there may be error but we do try to use our best judgement at the time of posting, and will be glad to amend any details which are proved incorrect. Furthermore, even though we do not here discuss the human cost, we realize that losing anyone in an air accident is insurmountable tragedy to individuals, families and communities. We do extend our heartfelt sympathy to those whose loss we record here. Mexico Crash kills Water Commission Chief


What: Cessna Centurion crashed
Where: just before reaching the airport in Ramos Arispe in northern Mexican state of Coahuila
When: Friday
Who: 5 Passengers included state water commission chief, his assistant and two TV Azteca reporters.
Why: Engine lost power, then hit high-voltage wires before crashing and burning/

Emilio Bichara Marcos and Rafael Reyes died in the crash. Two reporters and the pilot are still hospitalized.
