Helicopter Crash: Michigan Hospital



What: Medical Helicopter
Where: Spectrum Health Butterworth Hospital,
When: 11 a.m. on a helipad atop the hospital
Who: 2 passengers, no fatalities
Why: While practicing approaches, tail hit a radio tower on the hospital's roof, then hurtled down to the roof.
