The Australian aviation authority, Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) is in the process of investigating
Hempel's Aviation. Barry Hempel was killed recently while flying a passenger in a
stunt plane. Hempel had no commercial pilot's license and wasn't qualified to pilot paying customers. The CASA is actively looking for people who purchased flights from the now-liquidated company in the past year.
